- AI audit (2 weeks, fixed price): Two weeks inside your team. We watch how the work gets done, measure where the hours go, and come back with a ranked list of what to build first. Deliverables: Workflow map, Ranked build list, Plan for the first build.
- Agents and copilots (4 to 8 weeks): A support agent inside your helpdesk, or a research copilot over your CRM. Built on current models, connected to your systems, and tested with evals before anyone relies on it. Deliverables: Agent in production, Eval suite, Cost and usage dashboard.
- Workflow automation (2 to 6 weeks): Reports, data entry, document handling, handoffs between tools. We replace the manual steps with automations your team can read and change. Deliverables: Automations in production, Runbooks, Before and after time study.
- Team enablement (Ongoing): Working sessions with your team on coding agents and AI-assisted research, built around their real tasks. Each team leaves with a playbook they wrote themselves. Deliverables: Workshops, Team playbook, Office hours.

## How an engagement works
- 01 Discover (Week 1): We sit with your team and map the work. Then we pick the first build.
- 02 Embed (Week 2): Our engineers join your Slack and your codebase. You see progress every day.
- 03 Ship (Weeks 3 to 8): Working software in production, measured against the baseline we set in week one.
- 04 Hand off (Final week): Docs, evals and training so your team can run it and extend it without us.

## What we build (capabilities, not client case studies)
- Support agent inside your helpdesk: Reads each new ticket, drafts a reply from your docs and past tickets, and routes anything it is unsure about to a person. Stack: Zendesk or Intercom · Claude · evals on real tickets.
- Weekly report that writes itself: Pulls the numbers from your systems on Monday morning, writes the narrative, and posts it to Slack before standup. Stack: n8n · Supabase · Slack.
- Account research before every call: Briefs each rep from the CRM, the web and past call notes a few minutes before the call. Stack: HubSpot · Claude · MCP.
