MoveBrush Privacy Policy

What We DO NOT Collect

We do not use analytics, tracking, or crash reporting software. We do not collect:

• Your name, email, or any personal information
• What you draw or create
• Which features you use
• How long you use the app
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Location data
• Automatic crash reports

Your artwork never leaves your iPad. We don't have cloud storage, we don't sync your drawings, and we can't see what you create.

What We DO Collect (Only If You Choose To)

Voluntary Bug Reports

If the app isn't working right, you can tap the "Help" or "Report a Problem" button to tell us about it. This is completely optional and only happens when you choose to contact us.

If you send us a bug report, you might share:

• A description of the problem (in your own words)
• Your device model and iOS version (if you want to help us debug)
• Your email address (only if you want us to reply)

We use these reports only to fix bugs. After we solve the problem, we delete the report. We don't use this information for marketing, and we don't share it with anyone.

Support Emails

If you email us at hi@easyberry.io for help or questions, we'll use your email address only to respond to you. We don't add you to marketing lists.

Photos/Camera Roll Access

When you export your animation as a video, iOS will ask if MoveBrush can save to your Photos. This permission is handled by Apple, not us. We only use it to save your video file to your device when you tap "Export."

We cannot see, access, or upload any other photos in your library. You can change this permission anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.

In-App Purchases

MoveBrush offers premium features through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment information. Apple handles all payment processing.

Children's Privacy

MoveBrush is appropriate for ages 5 and up. Because we don't collect any personal information automatically, children can use the app safely.

Parents: If your child contacts us via the bug report feature and you'd like us to delete that information, just email us at hi@easyberry.io and we'll take care of it immediately.

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Since we don't collect personal information from anyone—children or adults—COPPA's requirements don't apply to normal app use.

Data Storage & Security

• Your drawings: Stored locally on your device only. Back up your iPad regularly—if you lose your device, we can't recover your artwork because we never had it.
• Bug reports: If you send us one, it's stored securely on our email server. We delete reports after addressing the issue, typically within 90 days.

International Users

MoveBrush is available worldwide. Because we don't collect personal data automatically, most international privacy regulations don't apply to regular app use.

European Union (GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal information we have. Since we only have data if you've contacted us directly, this usually means asking us to delete a support email or bug report. Just email us at hi@easyberry.io.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe we've mishandled your information.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information. We don't collect enough data for CCPA to apply in most cases, but California residents can contact us to request deletion of any support communications.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we'll post the new version in the app and update the "Effective Date" at the top. For major changes, we may also show you a notification in the app.

Continuing to use MoveBrush after changes means you accept the updated policy.
